4. Assessment Requests & Contact Forms

This Site includes forms that allow you to request a free HOA management assessment, ask questions, and get in touch with our team. Submitting a contact or assessment request form does not create any contract, commitment, or management agreement between you and My HOA Spot.

Submitting a form initiates a conversation only. No management services will be provided, and no formal relationship will be established, until a separate written management agreement has been negotiated, executed, and signed by authorized representatives of both your community and My HOA Spot.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee specific response times and are not obligated to respond to every inquiry received.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, information, and materials available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My HOA Spot disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
