Common questions

No. The per-unit monthly fee is all-in. We don’t charge separately for inspections, board meetings, work orders, document requests, or software access.
We require a minimum of 20 units for all plans. For communities under 20 units, contact us — we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
No. The 48-hour response SLA is included in the Full-Service and Portfolio plans. You pay Bay Area Installers only for actual labor and materials — at cost, no markup.
Portfolio pricing applies when you contract three or more communities under one agreement. All communities get Full-Service at $26/unit/mo with consolidated billing and reporting.
We handle the full transition — records migration, owner portal setup, board onboarding, and vendor transitions — typically within 30 days of contract signing.
No setup fee. Onboarding is included in your monthly rate. We absorb the cost of transitioning your community because we expect the relationship to last.
